Wendy Theall is a 2006 graduate of the Cortiva Muscular Therapy Institute and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Colby-Sawyer College. Through her personal experience of more than 20 years as a soccer player, Wendy, identifies with injured and frustrated athletes who have not fully recovered since trying surgery or physical therapy. Having coached high school soccer and treated clients of over 80 years of age, Wendy has the gift of working across the generational lines. Wendy continues to coach her clients as she encourages them to invest in personalized self-care. Wendy has a unique blend of modalities including deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular/trigger point, Swedish, and Active Isolated Stretching.
